We go through great lengths to make sure that we are shipping our customers quality products. Each product is inspected carefully for damage. If you should find any defects with your order, please email us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com, if not reported we will not issue credit.
If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please do not return any items back to us without the proper approval.

What size is the model?
Our model is 5’7, dress size 8 and usually wears a size medium.

How long does it take for my order to process and ship?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, verified and to receive your shipping confirmation. All packages are shipped via USPS with a 2-3 business day delivery window.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices along with prices.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Are there any pickup or delivery options?
We do not offer pickup or delivery at this time.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Glammed Up By Bee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by customer or unclaimed/refused packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS immediately.
